Memory Lane: Isle of Man II

Wednesday, May 8, 2013

Pictures from our phones of our second day on the Isle of Man. (I haven't even posted "nice camera" pictures on the blog from our entire England trip. That will be another post of just pictures. I'm too lazy to get to those right now.)

Did I already mention how beautiful the Isle of Man is? It was a very special trip because C's Cannon ancestors lived on the Isle of Man, and we were able to visit the Cannon Homestead, Cooil Shellagh. I am extremely proud of my husband's heritage and am so grateful to have married into an amazing family.

JCJ, CCJ and JCJ.

This girl was right at home.

Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

S and her Poppy.

Dipping my toe in the Irish Sea.

Peel Castle

S and her Poppy took a nap in the car, and the rest of us had lunch at a cute little restaurant by the water.
Always together.

I forget what the place is called, but it was absolutely breathtaking. Right out of a movie. Cliffs, crashing water and even some seals.

I spotted a Pato!

This girl loves her Poppy so much. He would put his hands out behind him, and she would follow him around like a baby duck as he weaved in and out.
